      You may not be able to check-in without prior notice if you wish to check in after 2 PM, so please contact us if that is the case.
      After the lights-out time, please use only your personal lighting to avoid disturbing other travelers.
      Please use the kitchen on the 1st floor if you wish to dry your hair or chat during the late or early hours.
      If anything in the facility is lost or damaged, you will have to pay compensation.
      We are not liable for the loss of personal items that are not kept in our storage, so please ask the owner to store any valuables you wish separately.
      No cooking or drinking allowed in the rooms.
      If the bedding is excessively soiled, you may be charged for laundry.
      You can only eat in the communal living room or kitchen.
      Cooking is allowed only in the communal kitchen, and you can only eat cooked food in the communal living room, though no cooking is allowed there.
      Travelers with items that require refrigeration/freezing can use the refrigerator in the communal kitchen.
      Please refrain from loud talking late in the night.
      Please make sure that you don't cause any noise to other travelers at late hours due to drinking or other reasons. If you break a rule, you will be required to check out.
      The 'entire area' inside the building is a non-smoking area.
      Smoke only in the designated area (under the street lamp on the right).
      Do not put a wet towel on the bed. Please put it in the towel basket at the entrance to the bathroom in the room.
