    38th Street Guesthouse, located within walking distance of the Mokpo Coastal Ferry Terminal and Mokpo Station, is a modern 4-story building with a total of 6 rooms.
    Each room is done over in a different hanok concept and is located next to a residential area, creating a quiet and private space.
    Security is tight as each room has a separate entrance, CCTV, and security system window that cannot be opened from the outside, so it is safe for women to stay here by themselves.

    There is also an advantage for families with preschoolers as they are charged less.
    38th Street Guesthouse, which has been in the lodging business for three generations, has been recently remodeled. It was previously operated as a motel, but it has been transformed into a guesthouse remodeled in the hanok concept.
    It provides a comfortable space for modern people by supplementing the shortcomings of hanoks, such as outdoor toilets and unfamiliar beds.

    We invite you to our comfortable guesthouse, which is a cozy resting place rather than one of luxury, where you can relieve yourself from the fatigue of the travel.

      The fee for preschoolers is10,000 KRW, and starting from the elementary schoolchildren, the fee is the same as adults.
      There is no bed frame, only a mattress, so if you are traveling with a child, you can connect two mattresses and use it as a family bed.
      Visitors other than guests are not allowed to enter.
      Pets are not allowed.
      All rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking, and the use of electric heaters and open flames are prohibited.
      Drinking parties and such are not allowed.
